Reading is a gateway to learning, both in terms of the knowledge acquired and in terms of what you can learn about yourself as you engage with the content.

While the books listed below are not an all inclusive compilation of formative books for me, I found these to be particularly influential in constructing my beliefs, attitudes, and literacy regarding health and wellbeing. Just because a book is listed here does not mean I agree with 100% of the information presented in the book. Rather, I do my best to think critically while reading, pulling nuggets of information from a variety of perspectives, and I encourage you to do the same.

Although I provided a link to a website to buy these books online, for the sake of the environment I encourage you to use your local library first.
